I had a customer ask how we smoke our meats on site since we are situated in a strip mall so I walked him into the kitchen and showed him our new Southern Pride smoker. We have used these pits for 15 years with enormous success and they are the backbone of our Pit to Plate and Always Fresh concept. Kelly
